la escuela ha comenzado!!!!!!!!!!

well, school has begun again. it's been strange living in a new apartment, but i like it a lot more. my roomies are awesome, and can't wait to get to know them better. i'm so glad sam and laura are with me. laura, my new roommate, is practically the same person as me! she loves all the same things that i do, so we do a ton of things together, like: polynesian dancing, genealogy, and watching old movies! we made a humongous list of all the ones that we've always wanted to see, and hope to finish the list before the semester is over. i'm reading the biography of charles lindbergh, and i think it's one of the best books that i've ever read. it's SO amazing... he was a man truly inspired of God to do all that he's done. people don't realize he's the one that established the first airports, pushed for the increased popularity of aviation, made the artificial heart, supported the idea that a rocket could go to the moon, etc... i'm only half way done, but i'm truly amazed that an immature young man could be so driven and inspired to achieve the things that he's done. i can't wait to read his wartime journals, and anne's stuff. i can't wait, can't wait, can't wait. i highly suggest it to anyone.

ANYWAYS...i'm ALMOST DONE with my DUMBBBBB online bio class! it's hard to make time to do much... i want to play, swim, watch movies and read, but it's like i'm taking 20 credits with this class. but, it'll soon be over!!! so this semester, i'm taking: flute choir (i might get to play the ALTO or BASS flute! isn't that BOMB?! i've never even seen one in person!), family foundations (i was kind of bitter about taking a class about the family, but it's really deep, and i've already learned a lot so far), pathophysiology (which i'm already loving, the human body is SO interesting!), english 201 (i could do without this, but it's kind of interesting... i don't like writing papers, but i love reading the articles), spanish 201 (which i'm LOOVVVINNNNGGGGG... mi profesor es muyyy gracioso y estoy aprendiendo? mucho cada día), and also an auto maintenence class (it's only one hour a week, but it's so fun! you learn how to change your oil and tires and stuff like that). i love my schedule, and i've been making a few new friends, and can't wait for our ward to start doing stuff. it's going to be a great semester! i have some goals, and i think it would be beneficial to post them:

1.) temple once a week
2.) daily scripture study
3.) get all a's
4.) swim three times a week
5.) finish 5 books
6.) develop my spanish, flute, and polynesian dancing skills
7.) make more friends! NO negativity!
8.) finish my list of movies with laura!

i'll update my goal list every time i post, and hopefully it helps me to keep up with them! anyways... this song is my song of the post... enjoy! =]
